7-Day Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, rugs must be in new, unused condition, free of stains, odors, or pet hair.

Initiating a Return: Call/Chat us with the name of the rug and its size to receive a return authorization.
